I have finally created a Yoga Nidra! I personally use the Yoga Nidra technique when I’m exhausted, when I can’t fall asleep, and when I just want to relax when I feel restless. It works like a charm, every time!
Yoga Nidra is a type of meditation that allows a sort of “waking sleep” to take place. It is useful to practice if you have a hard time falling asleep, or if you are trying to reprogram and change yourself into different ways of being.
The music is attuned to 432hz, which is known to connect the right and left hemispheres of the brain, leading you to connection and receiving intuition into some aspect of your life.
