Number Meanings

This is how I view the numbers and their meanings. I did not check this against numerology, astrology or any other system– just simply what I am guided to know according to the various synchronistic numbers I see daily.

Exploring the Chakras

The chakras are known as energy “spirals” or “disks”. These energy centers interact with the physical body and they work to feed positive energy and dispose of unwanted energy. The Chakra vitality contributes to the prevention of illnesses, and reflects the overall wellness of the individual.

Chakras and Consciousness

Meditation and You

How to be Present

More than anything, I have found that meditation is the best in bringing me to the present moment. Meditation has been proven to decrease physical pain and anxiety. But, what exactly is meditation? It’s a technique used to attain a state of consciousness that’s different from the waking state.

Meditation is focused attention on something. Many people use the breath as their “anchor” for meditation. The joy that comes from meditation is everlasting in our lives.
