Maybe we can’t always be with the ones we love. Maybe they are out of reach, or away often. Maybe you are apart from someone for a time.
You can always connect to your love through your heart, through your dreams.
Here is a music meditation to connect you to your inner dreamer.
These amounts are really approximate, taste as you go! Cream cheese can be replaced with butter.
½ package of cream cheese- room temperature
⅓ cup of coconut coffee creamer
¼ cup of whipping cream
¾ – 1 cup of powdered sugar
Little bit of vanilla
Start by beating the cream cheese with a little bit of the coffee creamer, then alternate adding small amounts of the sugar, creamer, and whipping cream until desired taste/consistency is there. This frosting is delicious on a white cake, topped with shredded coconut!
Coming back to yourself, to your center is essential for staying on purpose, stress free, and connected to oneness. Follow the path to yourself for this meditation.
