It seems like “life coaches” are everywhere online.
Life coaches are people who claim that they can solve at least one of your lives problems, or help you to gain clarity on your life in general.
I have personally hired a life coach for myself for the year of 2018. It was inspiring to get started working with her, I learned a lot about mindset, attitude, and owning my own choices in my life. The first couple months were worth every penny.

What I learned from cleaning out my closet.
Today I decided to sort out my closet. I, like many people, have many clothes that I hardly wear. This creates lots of clutter that I deal with daily. I’ve wanted to clean out my closet for a while now, but it has always been too overwhelming.
I have told myself in the past that cleaning out the closet is hard. Throwing things out is rough. I want to hold onto clothes that “I might need one day” or clothes that are “practically new” but never worn.

Last week, I was in a slump for a few days. I was not in the love vibration during this time, nowhere even close to it. I had fallen into patterns of fear and holding resentment towards nearly every area of my life. It was too exhausting to leave my room at times, and I was crying most of the day. How could I let myself get to this point? I thought I was strong, I knew how to get my vibration higher, but I suddenly had no motivation to do so. I thought I could not fall as far as I did. But I let myself fall. My mind wanted to stay in the loops and cycles of fear. How could I come back to love? How could I come back to that light-hearted feeling I once knew so well? Life is not about staying in the vibration of love all the time. It’s about learning to come back to love. No one is perfect. We’re all perfectly imperfect. This week was a bit challenging emotionally for me. I wasn’t always in the vibration of love. I wasn’t always seeing the best in others. But the lesson for me at this time was to come back to myself. Release all expectations of what I’m “supposed to be doing” and simply step into being.
