Fix it

Sometimes, there’s nothing to fix.

 

Sometimes, there’s nothing to fix.

In our broken state, we are complete.

Sometimes, we don’t need to change anything.

We can be sad and be complete.

We can be happy and be complete.

We can be alone and be complete.

We can be home and be complete.

Sometimes through the madness and complexities of life,

there’s nothing to change.

Even though the light of unfairness can be seen at times.

Even though we can fall back on pain, all is complete.

All is stillness, all is wholeness, all is oneness.

Sometimes there’s nothing to fix.

Sink, rest into your body and experience.

Experience sensation, emotion, heartache, bliss, confusion,

anxiety, hate, joy and peace– experience it all! Why?

Because you’re alive. All that’s required of you now is to simply experience, and feel.

Sometimes there’s nothing to fix.

And there’s everything to experience.

There is absolutely nothing you need to change.

Have you ever wondered how to let go of difficult emotions? This emotion may be showing up again and again when you try to release it. Maybe you do not know where to start when it comes to releasing emotions, or have never tried to do this before.

Pranayama

When did you last take a nice, full breath?

One of the fastest ways to shift your energy state is by using the breath. Breathing more fully, deeply, and consciously brings much benefit into our lives. The word pranayama alludes to breathwork– breathing using certain patterns and techniques to help the prana to flow through the body. Using the breath helps us to connect our ethereal body to our physical body. The breath itself invites in prana– the vital life force energy.

How to Save Yourself

Last week, I was in a slump for a few days. I was not in the love vibration during this time, nowhere even close to it. I had fallen into patterns of fear and holding resentment towards nearly every area of my life. It was too exhausting to leave my room at times, and I was crying most of the day. How could I let myself get to this point? I thought I was strong, I knew how to get my vibration higher, but I suddenly had no motivation to do so. I thought I could not fall as far as I did. But I let myself fall. My mind wanted to stay in the loops and cycles of fear. How could I come back to love? How could I come back to that light-hearted feeling I once knew so well?
