Yoga Nidra

Hello Everyone!

I have finally created a Yoga Nidra! I personally use the Yoga Nidra technique when I’m exhausted, when I can’t fall asleep, and when I just want to relax when I feel restless. It works like a charm, every time!

Yoga Nidra is a type of meditation that allows a sort of “waking sleep” to take place. It is useful to practice if you have a hard time falling asleep, or if you are trying to reprogram and change yourself into different ways of being.

The music is attuned to 432hz, which is known to connect the right and left hemispheres of the brain, leading you to connection and receiving intuition into some aspect of your life.

I hope you enjoy trying out this meditation!

Crown Chakra: Sahasrara

Sahasrara: “Infinite Thousand Vastness” “Wheel of a Thousand Petals”

The Crown Chakra is where we are connected to the divine. This is where our intuitive abilities originate, where we receive them. This is the center where we know our true purposes here in this life. When connecting to the Crown, it is important to not hold any attachments or expectations in this center. It is to simply receive, to be, to breathe, to exist, understand, and live out our spiritual gifts.

Forgiveness

Forgiveness isn’t about getting something.
It’s about giving yourself and others the gift of unconditional love.
It’s possible to find love, forgiveness, and hope in any situation.

In a world that seems to be changing all around you, choose forgiveness. When expectations are not met, and people aren’t who you wanted them to be, find forgiveness.

Forgiveness opens up channels of love all around you, to allow love to flow from and to you freely.

Forgiveness is an “inside job.” Most of the work is done from within. The feeling of forgiveness leads to actions of forgiveness, which leads to apologies, and reconciliation. It all starts inside.

Enjoy this meditation with me to generate the feelings of forgiveness within you.
